Brilliance is a passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a 10% chance to shoot tears that inflict Gleaming on enemies for 5 seconds. The chance goes up to 50% with 20 luck.

Gleaming enemies have an aura around them that inflicts 1 of 4 possible status effects on enemies inside it: fear, charm, slowness, or bruised.

The color of the aura indicates the status effect it will apply.

All status effects are applied for a duration of 0.5 seconds.
