Old Testament item
Old Testament is an unlockable active item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Swaps Isaac's active items with another random active item for the rest of the floor.
When activated, it is not possible to swap out another active item. Every item picked up will be swapped for the random item that was selected.
How to unlock?
Use 5 different active items in a single run.
