Deck Box is an active item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While heldCan be used at any time, even if not fully charged.

Can only be charged by using the item while Isaac is picking up a card; this will store the card in the item rather than using it.

Grants enemies a 15% chance to spawn an offensive card upon death. The chance goes up to 30% with 27 luck.

These cards dropped by enemies will disappear after 2 seconds. When picked up, they will go directly into the item's storage.

If the item is full, the cards cannot be picked up by Isaac either.

All cards can be stored, as well as Emergency Contact and Cool Photo.

On useCauses all currently stored cards to be used at once.
