Devi is a passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Every 2 times Isaac uses his active item, its max charges are reduced by 1 for the current floor.

For timed-recharge items, the timer is reduced by 1 second, and this is only valid for the current room.

Can only reduce charge times down to 1 charge or 1 second.

Items with 12 charges will be reduced to 8, and then to 6, before going down to lower numbers.
