Eye of Providence is a passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Whenever Isaac's tears hit an enemy, a homing beam is shot back at Isaac that deals 30% of that tear's damage.

The beam also deals 10% of the tear's damage to the enemy it originates from.

The beam's homing property is very strong and can hit many enemies at a time.

The beam inherits Isaac's tear effects.
