Executioner is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Entering a new room starts a 4.67 seconds timer. When it ends, all enemies that have less than 70% HP are executed.

The timer is shown as a charge bar next to Isaac. Enemies that are under the HP threshold will get a guillotine status bar icon and become red.

Bosses have a threshold of 50% HP instead, and rather than getting executed, they will be damaged for 20% of their max HP.

In Greed Mode, the execution timer restarts at each wave.

Defeat ???, The Lamb, Mega Satan, Mother, The Beast, Delirium, or Ultra Greedier in Fiend Folio as Tainted Judas.
