Shadow Cluster item
Shadow Cluster is an unlockable active item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While heldCauses Isaac to leave a trail of purple creep that does not harm enemies.
On useIsaac shoots a ring of purple creep.
Spikes appear from every instance of purple creep that deal damage to enemies equal to DamageStat × 0.2 + 1.7, 3 times per second.
The spikes start appearing from the ring and go all the way up the creep's tail.
The spikes inherit Isaac's tear effects.
How to unlock?
Defeat ???, The Lamb, Mega Satan, Mother, The Beast, Delirium, or Ultra Greedier in Fiend Folio as 
Azazel.
