Shuffle Bombs is a passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+5 bombs.

Isaac's bombs have 3 different effects, which randomize each floor.

The following effects are possible:
• Egg: bombs spawn 3-5 Blue Flies, Blue Spiders, Blue Skuzzes, and Blue Beetles.
• Magnet: bombs attract nearby enemies, similar to Strange Attractor.
• Poop: bombs unleash a Butter Bean fart and spawn a Poop.
• Holy: bombs unleash 5 holy beams around them, similar to Crack the Sky.
• Baby: bombs spawn 2 Minisaacs.
• Ice: bombs create slippery creep underneath them, and shoot a ring of 8 ice tears that freeze enemies upon death, similar to Uranus.
• Flying: bombs move and home in on enemies before exploding, similar to Bobby-Bomb, and their explosion timer is increased by 0.5 seconds.
• Fortune: bombs show a random fortune.
• Money: bombs spawn a random coin.
• Bubble: bombs release 9 small friendly Bubbles before exploding, and a large cluster of Bubbles upon exploding.

The appearance of the bombs is a combination of these random effects.
