Guppy's Heart is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Replaces all Soul Heart and Black Heart pickups with Morbid Hearts.

Causes Morbid chunks to spawn 1-3 Blue Flies when destroyed.

Soul Hearts and Black Hearts will be replaced with the following:
• 40% → Morbid Heart.
• 50% → Two-Thirds Morbid Heart.
• 10% → Third Morbid Heart.

Half Soul Hearts and Half Black Hearts will be replaced with the following:
• 40% → Two-Thirds Morbid Heart.
• 60% → Third Morbid Heart.

Clear 25 Morbus rooms without taking damage.

This item contributes towards the Guppy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and spawn a Blue Fly 66% of the time when a tear hits an enemy.
