Raildriver is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When entering a new active room, Isaac is granted a one-shot railgun that can be shot in one of the cardinal directions.

The shot pierces through everything in the room and deals damage equal to 2 × DamageStat + 1.3 × CurrentStage + 7.5.

If there is an adjacent room to where the shot landed on a wall, the shot will continue into the next room as well. It cannot pierce more than one room.

The gun may not be carried over to another room if not shot.

In Greed Mode, the gun is granted on each wave.
