Queen's Fruit is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a chance for enemies to spawn a red aura upon death.

While Isaac is standing in the red aura, he rapidly gains damage at a rate of +0.9 per second, up to a maximum of +10 damage.

60% of this damage will be lost when leaving the room, and another 60% in the next room, and so on, until it drops to below +0.35 damage, at which point it completely resets to 0.

If Isaac is standing in the aura when it disappears, he will heal half a heart. This is only possible once per room.

The chance for the red aura to spawn depends on the enemy's max HP and the current stage. This means enemies with more HP have a higher chance to spawn an aura, but this chance decreases with each stage.

There is a cooldown of 2 seconds between each red aura spawn.

The size of the aura depends on the enemy's max HP and the current stage, similar to the spawn chance calculation.

The bigger the aura, the more time it takes to fully disappear. This can range between ~2-4 seconds.

Defeat ???, The Lamb, Mega Satan, Mother, The Beast, Delirium, or Ultra Greedier in Fiend Folio as Magdalene.
