Repentance+ is a joke item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Cannot appear naturally. Only acquirable via the debug console.

Pressing the ALT key toggles an emoji wheel that can be cycled through using the shooting keys, and closed by pressing the drop key.

Pressing ALT again will make Isaac use the selected emoji. All emojis are the same.

Simulates an online chat to appear with fake players joining and occasionally typing in random messages.

This chat activates once Isaac uses his first emoji - "Lobby set to: Public" will appear, and a random "player" will join.

With each chat message sent by a player, they have a 3% chance of leaving the lobby.

The players can have one of the following nicknames:
• Mr. Science
• thegamer27
• gayincubus
• CornManiac
• balgor_real
• terrible_steve
• FartDaniel1998
• mariomario03

Upon joining, the players will send one of the following messages:
• yooooo
• what up
• yo bro
• sup
• whaddup

The following chat messages will be sent by players:

• you missed a tinted rock

When Isaac encounters a quality 0 item, the players can send the following:

When Isaac acquires a new item, the players can send the following:

When Isaac takes damage, the players can send the following:
