Dry Ice is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a luck-based chance to shoot white dry ice tears that slows down enemies.

Enemies that are slowed by dry ice tear becomes frozen upon death.

Creating or hitting frozen enemies with dry ice tear causes them to slowly melt away.

While melting, frozen enemies are intangible and create a enlarging white explosive gas that burns all nearby enemies, dealing 0.5 damage per tick (5 per second).

The chance to fire dry ice tears scales with luck, starting at 9% with 0 luck, going up to 33% with 8 luck.
