Neurax Worm is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a luck-based chance to shoot light orange tears that charms enemy for 3 seconds.

If the enemy is already charmed, inflicts 5 seconds of Neuron Parasite instead.

Enemies affected by Neuron Parasite constantly spawn friendly parasitic maggots, targeting other enemies and take 2 damage per tick (6 per second).

Parasitic maggots are able to spread Neuron Parasite between enemies by crawling toward them.

The chance to fire light orange tears scales with luck, starting at 13.6% with 0 luck, going up to 30% with 12 luck.
