Fraudster Heart is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1 half full Red Heart container.
When having odd number of red hearts:
+0.3 damage.
+1 tears.
+2 range.
When having even number of red hearts, or having no red heart:
-0.15 speed.
-1 luck.
