SPECIAL Book is an active item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a random item that has one of the following traits:
• Is considered to be a Special Item.
• Is quality 5, or above.
• Is obviously stronger than items that has the same quality as itself.
