Smile Cluster item
Smile Cluster is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+2.5 range.
+3 luck.
Dealing damage to enemies has a 50% chance to create a charming fart near the farthest enemy. The chance is reduced to 15% if there are any charmed enemies in the room.
Permanently charms an enemy when it is charmed for 6 seconds in total.
For bosses, they require 12 seconds to charm permanently, and it doesn't work on final bosses.
