Grants flight.

Has a 25% chance to turn the first damage taken in a room into fake damage. The chance is guaranteed if Isaac has a Bird Item.

Displays a Makemake mark on tinted rocks and Crawl Space entrances nearby.

Spawns a Dead Bird familiar for every 3 seconds in uncleared rooms, capped at 7.
