Starry Cellphone item
Starry Cellphone is an active item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While heldClearing a room has a 10% chance to spawn a Get Out Of Jail Free Card.
On useTeleports every co-op player to Isaac's current position.
Spawns a friendly Portal.
The friendly Portal has a 5% chance to be a champion.
If Isaac is in Blue Womb/Chest/Dark Room, spawns 2 friendly Lil Portals instead.
If Isaac is in Home, activates the effects of Friend Finder instead.
