Bloodstained Screwdriver item
Bloodstained Screwdriver is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Can only be obtained while playing as Tainted Sparkle.
This item only takes effect if it is an actual item Isaac has.
When holding 2 Bloodstained Screwdriver item wisps, loses them and spawns a Bloodstained Screwdriver.
While heldWhenever Isaac has a broken heart, he will remove 1 broken heart at the cost of 1 heart container or 2 soul hearts.
Prioritizes heart containers.
Once the effect triggered, this item turns into item wisp and grants a Ball of Bandages.
