Adramolech's Fury is an active item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Any charge the item has will be used as a shield that negates damage. Isaac will lose 20 charges each time damage is negated.

When a non-Angel Room item is touched, converts the item into charges based on its quality, rather than picking it up.

Each charge Isaac holds will grant a small all stats up, up to +20 luck, +1 speed, +5 flat damage, +2 fire rate, and +0.5 shot speed.

On useTeleports Isaac to a unique Devil Room granting 3 free Devil Room items, along with a Black Heart and Soul of Isaac, while also setting the charges to 10.

Isaac will gain 1 charge for this item for every 30 HP on a marked champion enemy killed, or 1 charge for every 50 HP on any boss.

While heldGrants a 50% chance for enemies to be converted into champions.

This item contributes towards the Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.
