Gangrene is a passive item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Constantly leaves a trail of small tears that have a 10% chance, up to 75% chance at 12 luck, to be poisonous.

These tears do not collide with anything but enemies, and deal 10% of Isaac's damage.

The tears will inherit other tear effects.

This item contributes towards the Bob transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac poison immunity and make him leave green poisonous creep on the ground that deals 20 damage per second.
