Hellfiah Saus is a familiar in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that can breathe fire. The fire gets stronger the longer Isaac charges the attack for, but can be released with partial charge.

After a certain charge time, begins flashing blue which indicates a couple longer lasting, weaker blue flames will spawn at the start of the next attack.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
