Sugar! is an unlockable passive item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a stacking set of buffs for Isaac:
• +0.125 speed every copy.
• +5% damage first 5 copies.
• +10% damage after 3 copies.
• +10% fire rate first 5 copies.
• +5% fire rate after the first 5 copies.
• -1 heart container every copy.

Each time Sugar! is picked up, an internal counter is increased by 3. Whenever a new, non- quest item is found, this counter is reduced by 1 and the new item has a 50% chance to become Sugar!

Once this counter reaches 0, no more Sugar! will replace new items.
