The Uncommon Cough is a passive item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

-25% damage.
-50% range.
-25% shot speed.

Tears are replaced with spurts of blood, making Isaac shoot multiple tears at once in a spread.

The longer Isaac fires, the blood spurt gains volume, speed, and range until a cap after firing 3 times consecutively.

Continuous firing also grants stats increases until firing stops:
+25% range, 2 times.
+25% shot speed, 2 times.
