Panspermia item
Panspermia is a passive item in Heaven's Call, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1 full Red Heart container.
Fully heals Isaac.
Damaging enemies generates blood; every 200 damage dealt grants one blood charge.
Overcharging blood consumes it all and drops 
half red heart.
Double-tap the attack button to release a flesh whip that deals heavy damage, consuming one blood charge.
25% chance to heal half a heart every 30 seconds.
A maximum of 4 whips can be summoned at once.
