Samson's Lock is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac.

Each time an enemy dies, grants a 6.66% chance to grant +0.5 damage for the current room.

The effect can activate up to 10 times per room.

The chance scales with luck, and goes up to 100% with 10 luck.

Samson's Lock

• 6.66% chance to grant a stacking damage bonus for the room each time you kill an enemy
• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): 13% chance to grant a stacking damage bonus for the room each time you kill an enemy
• Mom's Box: 13% chance to grant a stacking damage bonus for the room each time you kill an enemy
• Mom's Box + Golden Trinket: 25% chance to grant a stacking damage bonus for the room each time you kill an enemy
• Chance increases with luck
