Samson's Lock is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac.

Each time an enemy dies, grants a 1/15 chance to grant +0.5 damage for the current room.

The effect can activate up to 10 times per room.

The chance scales with luck, and goes up to 100% with 10 luck.
