Linger Bean is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Holding down a fire button for 7.5 seconds will create a small brown cloud that damages enemies that walk into it.

Shooting tears is not required for the cloud to appear, as long as a fire button is held.

Damage dealt by the cloud is equal to Isaac's damage, and is dealt 4.29 times per second.

Clouds can be moved slightly by shooting at them.

Each cloud lasts for 15 seconds.
