Metal Plate item
Metal Plate is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
+1 Soul Heart.
Enemy projectiles have a 25% chance to be reflected off of Isaac, negating damage, but pushing Isaac back a bit.
Reflected tears gain homing and concussive properties, and inherit Isaac's damage and tear effects.
