Haemolacria item
Haemolacria is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
+1 damage.
×1.5 damage multiplier.
x1.71 tear size multiplier.
x2 tear delay + 10.
x0.8 range multiplier.
Makes Isaac's tears fire in an arc, and burst into 6-11 smaller tears in all directions upon hitting something or falling to the ground.
The burst tears' damage varies from 50-83.33% of the main tear, averaging at ~67% damage.
Shot speed affects the arc oppositely. Higher shot speed lowers the arc, while lower shot speed heightens it.
