Trisagion is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Replaces Isaac's tears with piercing white beams of light that deal 33% of Isaac's damage, but can hit the same enemy multiple times.

Beams decrease in size until disappearing.

Lower shot speed is more beneficial as it can cause enemies to get hit more times.

Beams can hit enemies through obstacles, but only when passing through only 1 obstacle.
