120 Volt item
120 Volt is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Repeatedly zaps enemies near Isaac with electricity beams that deal 75% of Isaac's damage.
Enemies can be zapped up to 5 times per second.
Each zap can hit up to 4 enemies.
Arcing distance is increased on wet floors, such as Downpour, Flooded Caves, Dross, some rooms in Scarred Womb, as well as when using Flush!
It's possible to zap an enemy standing directly on the other side of an obstacle.
