It Hurts item
It Hurts is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Causes Isaac to release a ring of 10 tears upon taking damage, and gain tears up for the current room.
Each tear in the ring deals 10 damage and does not inherit Isaac's tear effects.
The first hit taken in a room grants +1.2 fire rate, while each subsequent hit grants +0.4 fire rate.
The fire rate boost can be stacked indefinitely.
