Tinytoma is an unlockable familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Spawns a large familiar that slowly orbits around Isaac, and repels enemies that touch it, dealing 3.5 damage per tick (3.5 per second).

After blocking 3 shots and/or dealing 3 ticks of contact damage, the familiar splits into 2 smaller ones that orbit opposite of each other. They can only take 2 hits before being destroyed, and burst into 3 Blue Spiders in the process.

After both orbitals are destroyed, the familiar regenerates in its full size after 5 seconds.
