Brimstone Bombs item
Brimstone Bombs is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
+5 Bombs.
Makes Isaac's bombs fire 4 Brimstone lasers in the cardinal directions upon exploding.
Each laser deals 8 damage per tick (120 per second) and can hit enemies up to 19 times.

Break Hornfel's minecart and kill him before he escapes.
