Ace of Hearts consumable
Ace of Hearts is an unlockable consumable in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Turns all pickups, chests, and non-boss enemies in the room into random hearts.

How to unlock?
Complete an entire chapter after Basement while having a total of only half a heart or less. The Lost can be used for this.
