Jera is an unlockable consumable in The Binding of Isaac.

Duplicates all pickups and chests in the room, excluding item pedestals.

Will also duplicate pickups that require payment, e.g. ones inside the shop.

Cloned chests will contain the exact same type of contents.

Cannot be used to clone other Jera runes, or trinkets.
