XVI - The Tower? consumable
XVI - The Tower? is an unlockable consumable in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Creates up to 7 clusters of random rocks and other obstacles.
These clusters will often contain tinted rocks, with the possibility of more than one tinted rock appearing in the same room.

Defeat Ultra Greedier as Tainted Apollyon.
