XVIII - The Moon? consumable
XVIII - The Moon? is an unlockable consumable in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Teleports Isaac to the Ultra Secret Room, creating a pathway back to normal rooms via red rooms.
Acts as a random teleport if no Ultra Secret Room is available on the floor.

Defeat Ultra Greedier as Tainted Jacob.
