Mysterious Paper is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac.

On every frame, has a very high chance to grant the effects of one of the following:
• The Polaroid
• The Negative (does not include the damage bonus)
• A Missing Page
• Missing Poster

The item's effects can be used to enter the special paths they open, e.g. The Polaroid to go to the Chest. However, it cannot be used to open the Strange Door in Depths II.
