Butt Penny trinket
Butt Penny is a trinket in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Upon picking up a coin, Isaac farts, knocking back nearby enemies and projectiles, and inflicting poison on enemies.
Adds a 20% chance for coins to drop when destroying poops.
Can be dropped from Special Shopkeepers, and buckets in Dross.
