Dead Litter is a passive item in Lazy MattPack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Does not appear in any item pools unless the "ItemPool Config" setting is changed to "All Items".

Obtained by storing three cat-part items, such as Guppy's Paw and Tammy's Head, in Moving Box.
This does not include non-limb items like Guppy's Collar and Guppy's Hairball.

x1.66 damage multiplier.

Grants a luck-based chance for fired tears to be accompanied by one of three cat-themed effects.

The effects are picked at random, being:
Guppy: 3 temporary Abyss locusts are shot in the direction Isaac is firing.
• These locusts deal half the damage of regular Abyss locusts, and disappear upon returning to Isaac.

Tammy: Isaac shoots 9 extra tears, all spread evenly in a circle around him.

Cricket: Isaac's tears gain the effect of Bloated Body.

The chance of triggering an effect ranges from 10% at 0 luck up to 50% at 10 luck.

This item contributes towards the Guppy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and spawn a Blue Fly 66% of the time when a tear hits an enemy.
