Warped Legion is a passive item in Lazy MattPack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Does not appear in any item pools unless the "ItemPool Config" setting is changed to "All Items".

Obtained by using Jera on Twisted Pair.

Upon dying, enemies will spawn a mini- Incubus familiar that will orbit around Isaac with a random distance, speed, and direction.

Enemies spawned by other enemies, as well as enemies with under 5 HP, will not spawn mini-Incubi

Each mini-Incubus copies Isaac's stats and tears, and deals 8.33% of Isaac's damage. Unlike Incubus, this percentage does not increase when playing as Lilith or Tainted Lilith.

Mini-Incubi last for the entire floor, and disappear upon entering a new floor.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
