Regular Tears are turned into decelerating bubbles which deal 50% of Isaac's damage.

Bubbles burst into a smaller tear after a short amount of time.

Smaller tears deal 25% less damage but retain the bubble's original velocity.

Their direction is based on Isaac's current firing direction.

There is a chance for 1-3 additional bubbles to be shot.
