Small Knives is a passive item in Lost and Forgotten, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+1.5 flat damage.
+0.1 shot speed.
+0.6 tears.

Replaces Isaac's tears with piercing knives.

Killed enemies spawn a piercing blood tear and a puddle of blood creep.

Bloody tears have the same velocity as the knife and deal 3.5 damage.

Lasers, bombs, and creep also cause a bloody tear to be shot.
