For each instance of non-self damage taken, a portion of the effect is lost, up to 6 times.
• First time: lose the homing tears.
• Second time: lose the fire rate boost.
• Third time: lose the damage boost.
• Fourth time: lose the range boost.
• Fifth time: lose the shot speed boost.
• Sixth time: lose the luck boost.

The icon of this item is derived from the detachable rabbit ears of Reisen Udonge Inaba — a classic element of her fanon depiction.

This item's design draws inspiration from the unique abilities of each of the four lunar rabbits — Reisen Udonge Inaba, Seiran, Ringo, and Reisen — and their shared characteristic as deserters.
This is why only the Movement Speed stat remains unaffected when Isaac takes damage.
