While held Replace the game's background music with "Phantom Band ~ Phantom Ensemble".

Isaac will emit sound waves identical to those emitted by the instruments spawned by the corresponding items, based on the instruments currently playing in the background music:
• Violins - Melancholic Violin.
• ZUNpets - Maniac Trumpet.
• Pianos - Illusionary Keyboard.

For each item from the Musician Transformation item group held, the intensity of the emitted sound waves increases.

This item contributes towards the Musician transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac +1 fire rate, and make him shoot piercing and spectral sonic tears with wider size.
