Sera's Lure is a passive item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants an 8% chance to spawn a reward after killing an enemy.
• If the enemy killed is a type of spider, the spawned reward has an 87.5% chance to be a random pickup and a 12.5% chance to be an item with the spider tag.
• If the enemy killed is a type of fly, the spawned reward has an 87.5% chance to be a random pickup and a 12.5% chance to be an item with the fly tag.
• If the enemy killed is neither a type of fly nor a type of spider, the spawned reward will only be a random pickup.

When spawning random pickups, the spawned pickups have a:
• 25% chance to be a random coin.
• 16% chance to be a random heart.
• 16% chance to be a random key.
• 16% chance to be a random bomb.
• 10% chance to be a random battery.
• 7% chance to be a random chest.
• 5% chance to be a random pill.
• 5% chance to be a random card/rune.

Isaac becomes immune to traps, grimaces, spikes, red poop, and eternal flies.

Does not prevent the use of a Sacrifice Room.

This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.

This item contributes towards the Spider Baby transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will spawn a spider familiar that applies random status effects when it comes in contact with enemies.

This item pays tribute to the monster card "Traptrix Sera" from the "Traptrix" archetype in Yu-Gi-Oh!.

Although "Traptrix Sera" is a Plant-type monster, it serves as the core engine of the "Traptrix" deck. Similarly, when ZUN created Wriggle Nightbug, he started from the concept of a "leader of bugs". Both can be said to hold significant positions within their respective species, which can be considered a commonality between them from a certain perspective.

The description of this item pays tribute to a classic Yu-Gi-Oh! duel scenario: using "Infinite Impermanence" against "Traptrix Sera".
