Shimenawa is a passive item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup Spawns a random card/rune.

While held Using a Pill/Card/Rune will grant Mantra:
• Each Pill use grants 3 Mantra.
• Each Card use grants 4 Mantra.
• Each Rune use grants 6 Mantra.

With at least 10 Mantra, if Isaac isn't in Divinity, automatically consumes 10 Mantra to enter Divinity within the current room.

When Isaac enters Divinity:
• Fully recharges Isaac's active item.
• Spawns 2-4 random pickups.

When Isaac is in Divinity:
• ×3 damage multiplier.
• Grants flight.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
